Normal plank (1 minute)
[15 second rest]
2. Side Plank Left Side (1 minute)
[10 second rest]
3. Side Plank Right Side (1 minute)
[20 second rest]
4. Leg Pushes (15 reps x 3 sets)
[20 second rest]
5. Leg Raise (1 minute)
[30 second rest]
6. Mountain climbers (1 minute)
[30 second rest]
7. Crunches/Sit-ups (35 reps or your own set goal)
