As we get ready for another semester of Trojan Steel, let's reflect on what we've accomplished in the fall.
Trojan Steel Field Day
Being able to hang out in person again was the highlight of the semester! There was a great showing at our field day, and we are looking forward to more events this spring.
Trainer-Trainee Program
This past semester, we had our first training sessions in person since Spring 2020. Our trainees have been working on mastering the fundamental lifts, and there's nothing our trainers get more excited about than working with someone new. Their energy and drive to learn inspires our trainers to sharpen their own technique and set new goals.
We hope that some of our pairs will get to work together again next semester, and that some of our trainees will join the program as trainers themselves in the future.
Trojan Steel Accountability Partners
Finding an accountability partner is typically part of our trainer-trainee program, and provides members the option to meet a new workout buddy/training partner through Trojan Steel. Sometimes we already have a trainer/training plan and all we need is that extra push of someone who helps us stay on track!

Here's a short message from Jackie Pham about her experience this semester.
I'm so grateful that I met Nicole through Trojan Steel's Accountability Program. She has become so much more than my gym sister. I can't wait to continue growing with her both inside, and out of the gym!
We are so proud of what we've been able to accomplish as an organization. We strive to be a community where fitness is not only something that can push us to be better each day, but we are also able to form meaningful connections with those around us.
