Home Workout Gear Recommendations

If you're reading this, you're probably done with finals and looking for ways to spend your long, socially distanced winter break. If you're sick and tired of bodyweight only workouts, here's a quick list of gear we think is worth investing in!



1. Resistance Bands


Having a few pieces of equipment provides a lot of options for people at all stages in their training. If you're new to working out, some basic equipment is perfect for getting started with the low resistance levels available. If you're a seasoned lifter, getting creative with the equipment available to you can be a fun challenge and provides different ways to hit each muscle group. There are always things to be improved upon with lighter weights/resistance such as mobility and form!
