Now that we've been gym-less for almost 6 months, you've probably done every home workout under the sun. The semester is in full swing, and Trojan Steel is proud to announce the beginning of our Weekly Workout Subscription service.
Each week, we will be sending a workout that can be completed with just body weight and some household items. Our trainers will be sending out workouts of different styles and splits to keep things fresh, while also including guidelines for sets and reps. Additionally, we'll be including tips and video links to help with form.
